FAQ

What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) for your rotary forged wheels?

Our Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) for rotary forged wheels is 1 set, which includes 4 wheels—perfect for individual vehicle owners, small workshops, or bulk buyers.  This flexible MOQ policy allows you to purchase the exact quantity you need without unnecessary bulk requirements.  For custom rotary forged wheels, the MOQ also remains 1 set (4 wheels), enabling you to enjoy personalized designs without high-volume commitments.  If you have larger bulk order needs, our team will provide preferential pricing and dedicated support.

How long does it take to deliver the rotary forged wheels after ordering?
The delivery timeline for our rotary forged wheels is tailored to your order type (standard or custom) and specific requirements. For your reference, the general timeframes are as follows, with precise delivery schedules to be evaluated by our professional team upon order confirmation:
  • Standard Wheels: We maintain a well-stocked inventory of our most popular rotary forged wheel sizes and designs. A preliminary delivery window is 7-15 working days after payment confirmation. Our team will assess inventory availability and your shipping location to provide an exact timeline promptly.
  • Custom Wheels: For custom rotary forged wheels (including personalized design, size, or finish), the production cycle typically ranges from 25-35 working days (covering design finalization, precision forging, and quality finishing). Additional shipping time (usually 5-10 working days for international shipments) will apply. Our technical and logistics team will conduct a comprehensive evaluation based on your customization details and destination to confirm the accurate delivery schedule.

What is the difference between forged and rotary forged wheels?

Rotary forged wheels are manufactured much like conventionally forged wheels, with the addition of the material being rotated at a high speed (rotary) during the forging process.

Can I customize the design, size, or finish of rotary forged wheels?
Yes! We offer comprehensive customization services for rotary forged wheels to meet your unique needs:
  • Size: Available in 17”-24” (custom sizes can be requested for special vehicles).
  • Design: We can customize spoke patterns (e.g., multi-spoke, split-spoke, deep concave), wheel width, and offset according to your preferences.
  • Finish: Options include matte black, gloss black, brushed silver, polished aluminum, gunmetal, and two-tone finishes. Custom color matching is also available.
The minimum order quantity (MOQ) for custom rotary forged wheels is flexible—please contact our sales team for detailed customization quotes and lead times.

How to ensure the forged wheels fit my car perfectly without vibration?

We adopt OEM-standard precision machining with a tolerance of ±0.02mm.  To ensure perfect fit: ① Please provide your car’s model, year, and original wheel parameters (PCD, offset, center bore);  ② Our engineering team will match the exact parameters to produce hub-centric wheels, which eliminate the need for hub centric rings;  ③ Each wheel undergoes dynamic balance testing (≤5g) before delivery to ensure zero vibration during driving.  If there is any fitment issue, we will provide free adjustment or replacement.

What car brands and models do your forged wheels fit?
Our forged wheels are fully compatible with most luxury, high-performance and mainstream car brands, including but not limited to: BMW , Mercedes-Benz (AMG), Porsche, Tesla, Rolls-Royce, Bentley, Audi , Lexus, Infiniti, Ford, Chevrolet, etc. We can customize forged wheels according to your vehicle’s specific parameters (PCD, offset, center bore, size), so please provide your car model and year, and we will match the perfect fit for you.

How should I maintain my rotary forged wheels to keep them in good condition?
Proper maintenance can extend the service life of your rotary forged wheels and keep them looking new:
  • Regular Cleaning: Clean the wheels with mild soap and water (avoid harsh chemicals like acid-based cleaners) at least once a week. Remove brake dust promptly, as it can corrode the wheel finish over time.
  • Dry Thoroughly: After cleaning, dry the wheels with a soft microfiber towel to prevent water spots, especially in areas with hard water.
  • Avoid Extreme Conditions: Minimize exposure to high-temperature environments (e.g., prolonged parking under direct sunlight) or corrosive substances (e.g., road salt, industrial chemicals). If driving in snowy or coastal areas, clean the wheels more frequently.
  • Check Tire Pressure & Lug Nuts: Regularly check tire pressure and ensure lug nuts are tightened to the manufacturer’s recommended torque to prevent wheel vibration or loosening.
  • Polish Periodically: Use a non-abrasive wheel polish every 3-6 months to maintain the finish and protect against oxidation.

What are high-end spin forged wheel hub blanks?

High-end spin forged wheel hub blanks are high-quality wheel hub base materials produced through advanced spin forging processes. This process combines the high strength of forging with the lightweight advantages of spinning, resulting in wheel hub blanks with excellent mechanical properties and surface quality.

Why Rotary Forged Wheels?

Rotary forged wheels are the top of the wheel performance pyramid because they are the strongest and lightest wheels on the market.

Rotary forged wheels are manufactured much like conventionally forged wheels, with the addition of the material being rotated at a high speed (rotary) during the forging process.

Rotary forging alters the molecular structure of the metal and gives better control over grain structure. It also allows wheels to be created with less material (thereby reducing weight) without sacrificing strength. Reduction of materials also means less cost for wheel manufacturers, who can then pass those savings on to their customers.

A lighter wheel

Less alloy required to form the shape and maintain strength.

A stronger wheel

The density of the metal eliminates failure points due to porosity and the manufacturing process itself increases both the tensile and yield strength.

A more durable wheel

The density allows the wheel to hold up better against misuse and overloads, and indication of increased fatigue strength.

More freedom in design

With increased strength at a lighter weight, designers have more flexibility to customize the appearance of the wheel, including finish.
